The Leader of the Wagner PMC Group, Yevgeny Prigozhin has submitted a proposal to Russian Minister of Defense Shoigu requesting that his Forces which are currently Engaged in Bakhmut be relieved by the 141st Special Motorized Chechen Regiment.
