Ukrainian forces managed to take up advanced positions near the small hamlet Vesele, north of Avdiivka. Separately there were reports of increased fighting near Kam’yanka over the last week.
Fighting is still raging north and south of Bakhmut, but the intensity has decreased slightly. Ukrainian forces holds positions and tries where possible to advance. The task of the troops here is mainly to exhaust Russian reserves.
In Kreminna forest there have been several skirmishes over the past few days. There are also local positional battles east of Bilohorivka.
In the Kherson region, the water level dropped to 0.7 meters. Six settlements remain flooded on the right bank, 17 in the occupied territories.

In the daily adress to the nation, Zelenskyi once again refuted the Russian claims that Ukrainian Patriot air defense systems were either damaged or destroyed.
Portugese drone manufacturer Tekever will provide Ukraine with AR3 drones. The AR3 is a small, long-endurance drone designed to provide wide-area surveillance for both land and maritime missions.
Denmark indicated that it is ready to provide F-16s to Ukraine as soon as the US gives permission.
