Overnight, Russia again attacked Ukraine with a variety of weapons. 13 out of 19 Shahed drones were shot down, as well as 2 out of 3 Kalibr cruise missiles and 3 out of 5 Iskander-K missiles. Additionally 7 Onyx and 4 X-22 missiles were launched from the Black Sea and Crimea.

Im Bakhmut Ukrainian forces advanced into the forest strip southwest of Klishchiivka while separately advancing towards Andriivka.

Near Kupyansk, Russians keep pushing from Masyutivka south through the forest strip and towards Syn’kivka.

General Updates:

From July 20, all ships sailing in the Black Sea to Ukrainian ports will be considered as potential carriers of military cargo. Countries on the flags of such ships will be considered involved in the Ukrainian conflict on the side of the Kyiv regime, Russian Defense Ministry.

The United States may soon impose secondary sanctions on Kyrgyzstan for helping Russia procure sensitive technologies for its war effort in Ukraine.

The US announced a new military aid package for Ukraine worth $1.3 billion under USAI. USAI is an authority under which the United States procures capabilities from industry or partners to then send to Ukraine.
