The Ukrainian Air Force has confirmed that Starokostiantyniv Air Base in the Khmelnytskyi region was targeted by a number of Russian missiles, however the damage to the base and any equipment/personnel is unknown.

Heavy Fighting between Russian and Ukrainian Forces is reported to still be ongoing in the Settlement of Klishchiivka to the South of Bakhmut with both sides claimed to be using Cluster Munitions.

Andrii Kovalev, the spokesman of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, has said that Ukrainian troops had gained ground in the vicinity of Staromaiors’ke on the southern front.

Ukraine has been delivered reinforcements for its air defense capabilities, which will be deployed where they are most needed, President Volodymyr Zelensky said on July 26.

Prime Minister Shmyhal said that the Ukrainian government has allocated 40 billion UAH ($1 billion) for the production of UAV’s. More than 40 companies have signed contracts with the government, increasing the production rate by a tenfold.

The Ukranian Ministry of Defense press center reports that it has information that Russia is preparing ships and aircraft to blockade the Black Sea areas after withdrawal from grain deal.
