Biggest development of the ongoing Ukrainian war today was a massive drone attack on Pskov Airfield that appears to have destroyed two Il-76 transport planes and started a fuel fire.

The Governor of the Pskov Region, Mikhail Vedernikov has stated that a Ukrainian Drone attack has taken place tonight against Princess Olga International Airport.

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin claimed that Russian air defenses destroyed a drone bound for the city amid a massive strike on Russia’s western regions.

General Updates:

The U.S. State Department announced a new package of military assistance for Ukraine including AIM-9M missiles, HIMARS munitions, Javelin systems, and other aid with a total value of $250 million.

The Russian Defense Ministry has changed its reporting system to limit the amount of information it releases about Russia’s war in Ukraine.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba held a telephone call with NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg on Ukraine’s next steps on its path to the Alliance membership.

Czechia has opened an investigation of the Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) over its ongoing business activities in Russia.
