Ukrainian forces launched a localized counter attack south west of Sieverne and managed to push Russian forces from recently captured positions.
Russians went on the attack south of Avdiivka, but not with heavy armor but with light armored trucks. Some of these armored trucks were built around the 1930’s.
During last Russian air attack they launched at least 36 FAB-500/1500 guided glide bombs at targets on both sides of the Dnipro in Kherson.
General Updates:
According to Air Force spokesman Yuriy Ignat, the Ukrainian pilots selected for F-16 training have completed their homework and are now at the transfer stage to real F-16’s in the near future.
Germany has budgeted €4 billion for military aid to Ukraine in 2024. The German MOD sounds the alarm and states that this is not enough to fulfil German promises. The budget will be finally approved in mid November. and until then there will be negotiations.
