Russia says a nuclear facility in Kursk was hit by a Ukrainian drone. There is said to be damage to the wall, the state news agency TASS writes. Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said that the Russian Federation calls on all governments to condemn attack on the Kursk nuclear power plant.

But according to Ukrainian sources that a spent debris from a Russian SAM struck a portion of the Kursk Nuclear Power Plant after striking a Ukrainian UAV.

Russia continues its assault around Avdiivka in Donetsk Oblast, where 10 attacks were repelled, according to the General Staff of Ukraine’s Armed Forces.

Ukrainian soldiers successfully landed and established a position on the left bank of the Dnipro river. Part of the village Krynky was liberated from the Russians and right now the bridgehead is being expanded.

Andriy Yermak started consultations with the Netherlands regarding the conclusion of a bilateral agreement on security guarantees in accordance with the Joint Declaration on Support for Ukraine.

The weather disrupted power across a wide swathe of Ukraine, affecting more than 1,000 communities in 14 oblasts on Oct. 28, Ukraine’s Energy Ministry reported.

Russia’s campaign of mass strikes against Ukraine’s energy system damaged around 70 large facilities last fall and winter, the head of Ukraine’s state grid operator Ukrenergo said.
