It is now confirmed that Ukrainian forces advances north of Horlivka. These area’s were always considered a gray zone but now Ukrainian forces has managed to take control of a area which gives a strategic overview of Horlivka.

Ukrainian forces gains previously made in the forest west of Lyman Pershyi have been reduced and changed to contested. Fights towards Synkivka and south of Pershotravneve are reported. Russians haven’t made any breakthroughs as of yet but fighting continues unabated.

Russian forces attack west of the railway tracks towards the entrances of the Avdiivka Coke Plant. Additionally, attacks were reported north of Stepove as Russians are trying to widen the bridgehead near the railway tracks.

In Krynky front Russians are bringing in troops near the M-14 highway, as well as supplies. Multiple video’s emerged showing Ukrainian FPV drones hitting Russian supply trucks and vehicles.

General Updates:

Macron announced negotiations with Switzerland regarding the re export of weapons to Ukraine. During his visit to Switzerland, the President of France said that negotiations on the re-export are ongoing and voiced an optimistic forecast.

The Dutch government has reserved more than €2 billion for Ukraine in 2024 intended for military support. This was reported by the Ministers of Defense, Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation.

Ukraine and Germany have started the first round of negotiations on bilateral security guarantees, as provided for in the Joint Declaration on Support for Ukraine concluded on July 12, 2023 in Vilnius.
