In Avdiivka front minor Russian advances are noted in the southern industrial zone. Near Stepove two Russian attacks have been repelled, One to cross the railway tracks north of the settlement and another to get closer to the Avdiivka Coke Plant.
Near Bakhmut fighting continues north of Klishchiivka near the railway tracks. South of Bakhmut, Russian forces have stepped up actions fighting is happening in the south of the WOG fuel station.
In Zaporizhzhya region, the Russian forces conducted assaults on Robotyne, Novoprokopivka and west of Verbove, without success. They carried out an airstrike near Novodanylivka.
General Updates:
US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin held a telephone conversation with the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Rustem Umerov, to discuss the latest events on the battlefield in Ukraine. They also talked about the upcoming Ramstein meeting.
Air Force Spokesman Ignat said that the usage of F-16’s in Ukraine can change the course of war. For example, Russian planes that are dropping FAB-bombs can be driven away which favors ground troops.
