Around the city of Avdiivka, Russian forces has made small advances both on the Northern edge at the Spoil tip, as well as to the Southwest. Meanwhile on west of Robotyne Ukrainian forces has partially expanded its control.
After a Ukrainian forces advance to south of Lyman Pershyi two weeks ago, Ukrainian forces has now also advanced into what was previously grey zone north of Syn’kivka.
Russian forces has been carrying out offensive operations south of Novomykhailivka for several weeks. The contested area here has been expanded.
In Vuhledar front Ukrainian Defense Forces defeat Russian armored group offensive. They tried to break out from Mykilske, east of Vuhledar but the moment the left the village they got annihilated.
General Updates:
The US plans to announce a $425 million military aid package for Ukraine soon. The aid package includes $300 million worth of laser-guided munitions to shoot down Russian drones but also 155-mm and 105-mm ammo and munitions for NASAMS and HIMARS.
The Chief of the General Staff of the Czech Republic Karel Řehka arrived in Kyiv and held talks with the Commander-in-Chief Zaluzhnyi. They discussed the current situation and other opportunities for Czech support, training and exchange of experience.
President Zelenskyi met with the Minister of Defense of the Netherlands Kasjaa Ollongren and her delegation. They discussed the further support of the Netherlands in strengthening Ukrainian defenders and the security of the grain corridor.
