Both Russian and Ukrainian sources report a new counterattack from Russia in Krynky. Heqavy fighting continues on the approaches both east and west of Krynky. Ukrainian forces now has reportedly 300 men inside Krynky and its surroundings.
Russian forces advanced up to several hundred meters south of Pershotravneve. Attacks near Synkivka haven’t been reported as intense as the last 1-2 weeks, but still occur on a daily basis.
In Avdiivka front heavy fighting continues towards north of Spartak near the M30 highway. The amount of heavy armour losses suffered by Russia are very high.
International Monetary Fund decided to approve the revision of the program for Ukraine. This will allow Ukraine to receive a tranche of about $900 million, permanent representative of Ukraine at the IMF, Vladyslav Rashkovan reported.
The start of negotiations on Ukraine’s accession to the European Union may be postponed until March 2024. The reason for this is Hungary’s position that demands a ‘strategic discussion’ regarding aid to Ukraine.
