King Charles And Prince Harry’s Rift Boils Down To One Major Issue

King Charles of England remains steadfast in his reluctance to reconcile with his son, Prince Harry, following the Duke of Sussex’s candid revelations in his memoir, according to royal biographer Christopher Andersen.

In an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital, Andersen shed light on the deep-seated rift between father and son, attributing it to Prince Harry’s criticisms of Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall.

“I think people have to realize that the one thing that Charles finds unforgivable is criticism of Camilla,” Andersen stated, underscoring the monarch’s unwavering stance.

“Unfortunately for Harry, he stated some pretty devastating things about her and made it clear that he felt she was the villain in the piece.

I think that still bothers the king, and I don’t know that it will be easy for him to forgive. I don’t think they’ll ever forgive Harry for that.”

The biographer highlighted the implications of Prince Harry’s memoir, suggesting that until the issue surrounding Camilla is resolved, any reconciliation efforts between King Charles and his estranged son are unlikely to progress.

Moreover, Andersen pointed out that Prince Harry’s lingering resentment towards Camilla complicates the path to reconciliation even further.

Despite earlier reports suggesting a potential thaw in their relationship following Prince Charles’s cancer diagnosis and Harry’s prompt visit, the fundamental disagreement remains unresolved.

“As it stands, the Duke is on his own,” Andersen concluded, painting a poignant picture of the continued strain between King Charles and Prince Harry amidst hopes for reconciliation that have yet to materialize.
