The luxurious property, boasting 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms, officially hit the market on Thursday, signaling a clear indication of the couple’s decision to part ways since their separation in March.
Purchased by Affleck, 51, and Lopez, 54, in May 2023 for a staggering $60,805,000, the mansion has since undergone extensive renovations to elevate its appeal and value.
The current listing price stands at $68 million, reflecting the substantial investment in enhancing its features, which now include amenities like a bar, sports lounge, fully equipped gym, boxing ring, and courts for basketball and pickleball.
News of the mansion’s listing comes shortly after the couple spent the Fourth of July holiday apart, with Affleck enjoying his time in Los Angeles while Lopez opted for the Hamptons.

Sources close to Affleck reported that he has been residing in a Brentwood rental for approximately two months, focusing on work and spending quality time with his children.
