Prince William’s Major Decision Ahead of Prince Harry’s UK Visit

Prince William, the Prince of Wales, has made a poignant return to public engagements following the revelation of his wife, Princess Kate Middleton’s, cancer diagnosis.

This announcement marks a significant step for the Prince as he seeks to fulfill his royal duties while supporting his family through challenging times.

Royal expert Cameron Walker shared the news on X (formerly Twitter), affirming, “The Prince of Wales is back on public duties for the first time since The Princess of Wales revealed her cancer diagnosis.”

Walker elaborated on the Prince’s upcoming engagements, highlighting his visit to a surplus food redistribution charity and a youth center. The focus of these visits is to raise awareness about the environmental benefits of reducing food waste.

Joining the chorus of announcements, royal expert Richard Palmer added further details about Prince William’s itinerary. The Prince of Wales is scheduled to visit Surrey and West London, where he will shine a spotlight on the work of Surplus to Supper, a charity founded in 2017.

This organization, based in Sunbury-on-Thames, plays a vital role in redistributing over three tonnes of surplus food daily to various local projects, including food banks, charities, schools, and community organizations.

During his visit, Prince William will have the opportunity to witness firsthand the process of collecting, sorting, and repackaging surplus food for delivery to small community organizations.
