In a move that has left royal watchers stunned, Prince Harry has reportedly made a shocking promise to King Charles as he’s willing to leave Meghan Markle in California if that’s what it takes to return to the royal fold.
According to a bombshell report by Woman’s Day, the Duke of Sussex is launching a solo bid to reconcile with his family, fully aware that Meghan’s presence remains a major obstacle for royal insiders.
“He’s vowing to Charles that he’ll go it alone,” a royal insider revealed. The source claimed Harry has told his father he’s prepared to attend future family events, including the 2027 Invictus Games, without Meghan, if it means finally being welcomed back.
The peace talks between Harry and Charles appear to be moving into serious territory. Just days ago, aides from both sides held a private meeting in London, dubbed by insiders as the beginning of a long-awaited “peace summit.”
However, Prince William and Kate Middleton’s representatives were noticeably absent from the gathering—underscoring the deep divisions that still exist within the House of Windsor.
Sources claim Harry now “reluctantly accepts” the royal family’s ongoing resentment toward Meghan, and he no longer wants to risk further rejection by insisting she be included in the reconciliation process.
