Billy Ray Cyrus Scores Major Victory in Firerose Divorce Case

Billy Ray Cyrus and Firerose tied the knot in October 2023, but their union has taken a contentious turn.

In the latest development of their divorce proceedings, a Los Angeles judge ruled that the Australian singer can no longer use Billy’s American Express business card or any other credit card.

The Achy Breaky Heart singer had previously alleged that Firerose used $96,986.05 from his American Express account for unauthorized purposes.

However, Firerose countered that she was permitted to use the card and was merely maintaining the lifestyle that Billy provided when they moved in together.

Her legal team argued that she should be allowed to use the card as long as they remained married.

Billy Ray and Firerose’s relationship began after he separated from his wife of 28 years, Tish, with whom he shares five children, including Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus.

The couple tied the knot in October 2023, but Billy Ray filed for divorce just seven months later.

Their divorce has been fraught with allegations, with Firerose accusing Billy Ray of physical abuse and the country singer asserting that he was the victim of physical abuse at her hands.

This recent ruling marks a significant moment in their ongoing legal battle.
