Brad Pitt is firing back at Angelina Jolie’s recent accusations amid their ongoing legal battle over their shared vineyard.
The latest developments in their protracted divorce proceedings have escalated, with Pitt denying allegations that he is attempting to silence Jolie through a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
On July 25, Jolie’s legal team submitted court filings to Fox News Digital, alleging that Pitt, 60, is trying to force her into signing an NDA to suppress her allegations of abuse. Jolie’s attorneys have suggested that this move is a deliberate attempt to cover up Pitt’s alleged misconduct.
In response, Pitt’s legal representatives have strongly refuted these claims. They argued to Fox News that the dispute is fundamentally a business matter rather than a personal vendetta.
“This was a simple business dispute,” Pitt’s attorneys asserted. “Sadly, this legal attack is just the latest example of them harming the entire family by making it personal.”
Pitt’s team further contends that Jolie is attempting to divert attention from her own actions. “The other side is desperately and repeatedly trying to do anything to distract from the fact that it was her — and not Brad — who requested an NDA about the divorce,” they stated.
According to Pitt’s legal team, this request undermines the credibility of Jolie’s ongoing accusations.
Additionally, Pitt’s attorneys accuse Jolie of breaching an agreement related to their vineyard, Miraval, which they allege resulted in the deprivation of their children’s inheritance.
“They don’t want anyone to focus on the fact that she deprived the kids of their inheritance of Miraval by breaching the agreement and selling it and taking the money,” the team argued.

Jolie’s camp, however, remains firm in their position. A source close to Jolie told Fox News Digital, “Brad Pitt’s insistence on an NDA to cover up his criminal conduct is unconscionable, and no abuse survivor should be coerced and forced into silence.”
