This week, Harry traveled to Vancouver for the Invictus Games, leaving Meghan Markle at home in California. His demeanor during the event was described as authentic and unrestrained.
Body language expert Darren Stanton observed that Harry appears most confident and at ease during solo engagements, allowing his true personality to come through.
“Attending alone, we always tend to see the best of Harry when he’s appearing solo,” Stanton said while speaking on behalf of Slingo.

He added that Harry’s facial expressions are genuine, saying, “We know this is authentic and a genuine emotion from him. His whole face is engaged, and the crow’s feet at the side of the eyes are there.”

“When he’s solo, he’s completely relaxed and focused on what needs to be done,” Stanton continued. “He can focus on being himself and interacting with those around him.”
The expert contrasted this with Harry’s demeanor when attending events alongside Meghan Markle. While the two share a strong bond, Stanton noted that Harry’s attention shifts when Meghan is present.

“With Meghan, his attention is always on her during their joint engagements, making sure she is OK,” Stanton explained. “We see more of his protective nature than his individual emotions.”
