Prince Harry Told His Royal War Will Never End as Explosive Feud Deepens

Prince Harry has been handed a painful truth about his fractured ties with the royal family, with a top expert claiming that the conflict is far from over — and may continue as long as he lives.
Despite recent peace talks between his aides and King Charles’ team, the Duke of Sussex is being warned that reconciliation remains unlikely, particularly with tensions at an all-time high between him and Prince William.
Royal expert Valentine Low, a former Royal Correspondent for The Times, believes the highly publicized secret summit between Harry’s team and the monarchy was ultimately meaningless.
Speaking to The Sun, Low dismissed the notion that the meeting could repair years of damage caused by Megxit and the couple’s public attacks on the monarchy.
“I don’t think we’re in another mini battle, but I certainly don’t think war’s ended,” Low explained. “As long as Harry’s got breath in his body, war is likely to continue.”
His stark assessment is a blow to those hoping for a royal truce. While King Charles is reportedly open to reconciliation, experts claim William is much less forgiving, especially after Harry’s comments in his memoir Spare.
Low went on to suggest that the peace summit was not meant to solve the feud but merely to tone down speculation and media drama.
“I think this was just an attempt to bring the temperature down a little bit, to stop those stupid stories that appear when Harry does something, when another member of the Royal Family’s also doing something, and people start speculating that it was an attempt to take their thunder,” he said.
Harry’s actions and statements over the years have created a rift so wide that even a carefully orchestrated meeting between aides might not be enough to repair it.

The royal commentator also noted that the meeting might have been more about opening communication channels than achieving a true resolution.
“I think it was trying to open up lines of communication so that sort of thing doesn’t happen so often,” Low added, suggesting that the palace wants to manage public perceptions of conflict rather than end it altogether.
The Sussexes’ ongoing life in California, combined with their Netflix deals and bombshell interviews, continues to add fuel to the fire. Royal insiders believe that until Harry steps away from public criticism of the family, healing will remain impossible.
Meanwhile, King Charles, battling ongoing health issues, has reportedly made attempts to include his youngest son in certain royal discussions. But Prince William is thought to remain firmly opposed to any significant comeback for Harry.
The Duke of Sussex is said to be frustrated by the palace’s cold response, which he believes is leaving him isolated from the rest of the British royal family.
As one royal insider put it, “This is not just a feud — it’s an emotional war that has dragged on for years. It won’t end with one meeting behind closed doors.”
For now, the so-called peace summit seems to have done little to shift the public perception of a royal rift that runs far deeper than most imagined.
