Celebrities Ditch Meghan Markle and Prince Harry for Prince William and Kate Middleton

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s Hollywood aspirations appear to be hitting a snag as showbiz elites are reportedly shifting their support towards Prince William and Kate Middleton, leaving the Montecito-based couple in the lurch, according to royal commentator Josh Rom.

In an interview with Sky News Australia, Rom highlighted the apparent rift between the celebrities and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, stating that the couple is experiencing a fallout with prominent figures in the entertainment industry.

“It’s almost ironic that Prince Harry and Meghan are striving to make it in Hollywood, yet it’s Prince William and the Duchess who are garnering more backing from the stage and screen,” Rom observed.

Rom further remarked on Meghan Markle’s pre-royal celebrity status, suggesting that her Hollywood connections may not have been as influential as previously assumed. He noted, “She was hardly Angelina Jolie, she wasn’t at the top of the A-list circuit.”

The expert also touched upon Harry’s recent documentary endeavors, indicating that their efforts may not be yielding the desired results, particularly in light of past controversies that have damaged their public image.

While some sources suggest that Harry and Meghan’s popularity is on the rise, particularly following their recent involvement in the ‘One Year to Go’ Invictus Games event in Canada, Rom contends that A-listers are increasingly distancing themselves from the couple in favor of supporting King Charles and Prince William.

Despite the couple’s efforts to advance their careers in Hollywood, it appears that the royal family’s allure continues to captivate both audiences and industry insiders, potentially posing a challenge to Meghan and Harry’s ambitions in the entertainment world.
