Princess of Wales Kate Middleton is poised to release another video message amid speculation and conspiracy theories surrounding her prolonged absence from public appearances.
According to an insider speaking to the Daily Beast, it’s likely that Middleton “will probably not appear in public for the rest of the year,” as her calendar remains conspicuously empty.
The royal source further disclosed the palace’s strategy to counter the speculation, stating, “I would not rule out another video message updating the country on her health.
That proved to be a very effective way of keeping the conspiracy theorists at bay.”
This move follows Kate Middleton’s previous video statement in March, where she revealed her shocking diagnosis of cancer.
In the statement, Middleton expressed the unexpected nature of her diagnosis and the subsequent treatment she’s undergoing.
“In January, I underwent major abdominal surgery in London and at the time, it was thought that my condition was non-cancerous.
The surgery was successful. However, tests after the operation found cancer had been present,” Kate shared in the video message.

She continued, “My medical team therefore advised that I should undergo a course of preventative chemotherapy and I am now in the early stages of that treatment.”
