The King’s Troop Royal Horse Artillery will initiate the festivities with a majestic 41 Gun Royal Salute in Green Park, accompanied by the resounding melodies of the Band of the Grenadier Guards.
Following this splendid display, the Honourable Artillery Company will take center stage at 1pm, firing a spectacular 62 Gun Royal Salute from Tower Wharf, filling the air with the echoes of celebration and honor.
Walker further disclosed that similar gun salutes will reverberate across the United Kingdom, with Edinburgh, Hillsborough, and Cardiff joining in the tribute to King Charles and Queen Camilla’s coronation anniversary.
In anticipation of the joyous occasion, Walker also shared a heartwarming glimpse into the royal couple’s preparations. Earlier in the week, King Charles and Queen Camilla were presented with the Coronation roll, an official record commemorating their coronation ceremony.
