Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales, is reportedly eager to join King Charles on Buckingham Palace’s famous balcony alongside her husband, Prince William, and their children.
According to a palace insider, Kate’s medical team is pleased with her progress as she continues her cancer treatment.
“Kate’s medical team is satisfied with Catherine’s progress as she continues her cancer treatment by focusing on her health,” the insider revealed.
“The Princess of Wales is fully cooperating with her doctors and medical specialists as she wants to get well soon and is very much excited to come out of the cage.”
Speculation is rife that Kate may make a surprise appearance on the palace balcony, as it is believed that it would not negatively impact her health or the course of her treatment.
However, the insider also noted that Kate’s doctors have yet to give her the green light to return to public duties.
“The doctors are well aware of her health condition and won’t let Catherine take any risk at this stage when she’s showing good progress,” they stated.
Previously, a royal commentator hinted that the future Queen “will appear” at Trooping the Colour as long as she is “feeling well enough.”
Kensington Palace has announced that Kate, who has been undergoing preventative chemotherapy since March, will not take the salute in her role as Colonel of the Irish Guards during the King’s birthday parade.
It remains unconfirmed whether she will appear on the balcony.
Reacting to various reports about Kate’s potential return to public life, royal commentator Kinsey Schofield told GB News: “Look, I think everyone just wants her to feel better and be better.

We all miss the grace and kindness she brings to the monarchy, but we really have to leave her alone until she’s ready to return herself. But I do.”
She added, “I’m with you. I’m praying for her recovery and I miss seeing her. She’s gorgeous and she always was. Just a burst of joy.”
As the public eagerly awaits any updates on Kate’s health and potential public appearances, her focus remains on her recovery and family, with hopes high that she will be back to her royal duties soon.
