Tensions inside Buckingham Palace have reportedly reached new heights as Queen Camilla grows increasingly frustrated with Prince William and Kate Middleton, who she allegedly believes are “constantly undermining” both her and King Charles’ authority.
According to palace insiders quoted by The Daily Star, Queen Camilla is “fuming over the way Kate and William essentially pushed her and Charles aside and bulldozed their way into this Andrew situation.”
The insider was referring to the King’s dramatic decision to strip Andrew Mountbatten Windsor of all his remaining royal titles, honours, and privileges a move that insiders claim was heavily influenced by the Prince and Princess of Wales.
“Camilla believes they are constantly undermining the King’s authority as well as hers,” the royal source shared. “They’ve been holding sneaky meetings with courtiers and leaving them out of the loop on matters that are very much their business.”
The growing rift reportedly stems from how the Waleses are taking a more assertive role in shaping the monarchy’s direction while King Charles continues his recovery.
