Prince Harry’s Perspective on “Meghan the Murderess” Narrative Regarding Princess Charlotte Unveiled
Prince Harry has offered a candid glimpse into his thoughts on the “Meghan the Murderess” narrative, which stemmed from the use of Lily of the Valley flowers at their wedding, in his memoir “Spare.”
In the wake of announcing a lawsuit, Prince Harry found himself energized by what he described as a ghastly story, originating from an article by Express UK titled “How Meghan Markle’s flowers may have put Princess Charlotte’s life at risk.”
The focus of this narrative was the flower crowns worn by their bridesmaids, which included Lily of the Valley, known for its toxicity to children if ingested.
Prince Harry acknowledged the potential discomfort and concern such a situation might provoke among parents but emphasized that fatal outcomes were exceedingly rare.
He pointed out that an official florist had assembled the crowns, absolving Meghan of any direct responsibility for the decision.
He also noted the historical precedent of Lily of the Valley’s use in royal weddings, including those of Kate and Princess Diana.
Despite these facts, Prince Harry lamented the sensationalization of the story, which he termed “the story of Meghan the Murderess.”
