During her recent visit to Shrewsbury Farmers’ Market, Queen Camilla was touched by the outpouring of support from the local community, who expressed their well wishes for her stepdaughter-in-law, Princess Kate Middleton.
According to reports from HELLO! Canada Magazine, Queen Camilla was presented with several gifts for the Princess of Wales, including a touching handwritten sign from a 10-year-old girl bearing the message “Send our love to Kate.”
The Queen’s visit to the market provided an opportunity for her to engage with members of the local community and market traders, fostering connections and camaraderie.
Shrewsbury Farmers’ Market, which has been operating for almost 20 years, hosts around 40 traders who regularly set up stalls on the first Friday of each month, offering a variety of locally sourced goods.
Following her visit, the palace shared photos of Queen Camilla’s interactions at the market along with a heartfelt message expressing gratitude for the warm welcome she received.
