Sir Timothy Laurence Provides Major Update on Princess Anne’s Health

Sir Timothy Laurence has given a fresh update on his wife, Princess Anne’s health, following a visit to the hospital on Tuesday.

Sir Timothy, who visited Anne in the hospital, reported that his wife is “doing fine” and brought her “a few little treats from home.”

Royal commentator and journalist Kate Mansey shared the news on X (formerly Twitter), stating, “The Princess Royal is ‘fine,’ her husband has said.

After leaving the hospital where he had lunch with Princess Anne, Vice Admiral Tim Laurence said: ‘She’s doing fine – slow but sure.'”

Sir Timothy was photographed entering the hospital’s main entrance carrying a blue bag containing some goodies.

When asked if he brought anything for the Princess Royal, the 69-year-old responded, “Just a few little treats from home.”

This marks the first time Anne’s husband has spoken publicly about her condition since her injuries, seemingly quashing rumors about the royal’s health.

It has been claimed that she can’t remember how she sustained her injuries after the incident.

On Monday, Buckingham Palace released a statement saying, “The Princess is conscious and is set to remain in the hospital until later this week as a ‘precautionary measure.'”

As Princess Anne continues her recovery, the support from her family and the public remains strong, highlighting the resilience and dedication of the royal family.
