King Charles Set To Give Bombshell Surprise Amid Kate Middleton’s Absence
As Trooping the Colour approaches on June 15, speculations arise about King Charles’s plans to address the absence of Princess Kate Middleton from the royal event.
Sources suggest that in the absence of Princess Kate, King Charles may extend invitations to Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice, along with Zara Tindall, to join him at the Trooping the Colour ceremony.
Princess Kate, who has refrained from public appearances since the beginning of the year due to her cancer diagnosis, is unlikely to attend the event.
Her absence has led to discussions about how the royal family will be represented at the celebratory occasion.
Trooping the Colour, an event marking the monarch’s birthday, will see King Charles in attendance, along with other senior royals such as Queen Camilla, Prince William, Princess Anne, and the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh.
Traditionally, extended members of the royal family, including non-working royals and their young children, would join in the festivities on the Buckingham Palace balcony.
However, since Prince Andrew’s withdrawal from royal duties in 2019, non-working royals have not been allowed on the balcony at official events.
Nonetheless, with Princess Kate’s expected absence, sources suggest that King Charles may reconsider this policy and permit non-working royals to participate in the balcony appearance to fill the void.

Recent events indicate King Charles’s willingness to include extended family members in official engagements.
Last week, he invited his cousins, including Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, to a Buckingham Palace garden party.
Additionally, Lady Gabriella Windsor has been reportedly asked to attend the Trooping the Colour celebrations, following the passing of her husband, financier Thomas Kingston, earlier this year.
As the Trooping the Colour ceremony approaches, royal watchers await further updates on how the royal family will come together to mark the occasion in the absence of Princess Kate Middleton.
